Helen builds and maintains the research backbone of BankOpenSingapore. Her work spans parsing fee schedules, product disclosure statements, and regulator notices; version-controlling datasets; and running periodic data quality audits. She designs the field schema used across Personal/Business/Digital/Private banking pages so readers can compare like-for-like. For each update, Helen stores artifacts (PDF snapshots, web captures, or bank emails), records “accessed on” dates, and flags items that require two-point verification before publication. She partners with editors to surface common rejection reasons and realistic onboarding timelines, and with developers to keep tables fast and mobile-readable. Her monthly “change log” summaries feed the News and Resources sections, while priority alerts are routed to the editorial calendar.
